F ounded in Langoiran, after the first caves coopératives came together, in 1967.
Today the cave has over 30 winegrowers and 2 cellars connected by underground tunnels. Part of the harvest is sill done by hand for the Cadillac appellation, meaning that each winegrower helps another.
